Fill out the intake form — manufacturer, model, rating, condition, hours, and timeline. It takes about five minutes.
We review and verify
Our acquisitions team reviews your submission, confirms specifications, and follows up with any questions.
Receive a formal offer
You get a written proposal with price, terms, and delivery window. Counter-proposals are welcome.
Sign and schedule
Once signed, your unit is registered in our asset schedule and we coordinate payment, removal, and transport.
